             First I would like to talk about how the Stamp Act played part into the creation of the United States Constitution. The Petition of Rights established that there would no longer be imprison without judgment of his peers or by the law of the land. There would be no material law and no longer could citizens be required to harbor troops without the consent of the homeowner. (Those are just three of the many things the Petition of Rights contained) The U.S. Constitution took part of that into the creation. The Petition of Rights was just one of the many founding points that I believe the Constitution took from.
